Key members of the design team are:

Director Paul has worked in Lighting Design for 36 years, commencing his employment with Thorn Lighting Limited where he specialised in Theatre lighting and particularly computerised lighting control consoles and dimmers. He also worked with Zero 88 on special effects lighting, TV, theatre and discotheque. He has worked with Accént Lighting since 1988 concentrating his energies on commercial, retail and office development in the Eastern Counties. He has an ONC Building Engineering Services (Lighting) qualification. His project designs include two projects which received EMALAS awards - Bristol Street Motors, Bristol and Hertford Motors, Lincoln. Other designs that Paul has been involved with are General Electric UK Head Office-Hammersmith, Peterborough Library, Queen Elizabeth House- Cambridge, Clacton-on-Sea shopping Centre, Peterborough Greyhound Stadium, Barclays Banks, RAF Mildenhall.
